Job summary

You will reconcile payroll data, administer timekeeping systems, and handle year-end activities including W-2 generation. Experience with ADP Workforce Now or UKG Pro is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience processing multi-state payroll for 500+ employees, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with payroll software (ADP Workforce Now, UKG Pro) and timekeeping systems.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, including multi-state compliance.
• Experience with general ledger reconciliation and month-end close processes related to payroll.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll for both hourly and salaried employees.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Reconcile payroll data and prepare related journal entries.
• Administer timekeeping systems and resolve employee timecard issues.
• Manage year-end payroll activities, including W-2 generation.
• Calculate and process deductions for benefits, garnishments, and other withholdings.
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments on payroll-related matters.
