• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, including manufacturing-specific rules.
• Proven ability to reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Experience with timekeeping systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., Kronos, UKG Ready).

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions.
• Administer and reconcile employee benefits deductions.
• Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.
• Assist with year-end payroll processing and W-2 distribution.
