The role includes journal entries, reconciliations, and General Ledger support, with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of payroll experience, proficiency in Excel, and is able to collaborate across departments while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive payroll processing experience.
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow v9.12 preferred.
• Strong background in payroll systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll for multiple locations and 400+ employees.
• Enter journal entries and prepare account reconciliations.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure tax withholdings.
• Generate payroll reports and support General Ledger activities.
• Assist in monthly close and SOX/JSOX compliance.
