Job summary

Pengate Handling Systems, a Raymond Solutions and Support Center, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate and timely payroll across multiple states. You will process cycles using ADP Vantage or Lyric, review timecards, manage deductions, and maintain confidential records.

You should have 3+ years of payroll experience, multi-state know-how, strong Excel skills, and a commitment to compliance and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing across multiple states.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Vantage or ADP Lyric.
• Strong understanding of overtime, deductions, garnishments, and tax withholding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, data analysis).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Process regular payroll cycles for hourly and salaried staff.
• Review timecards, overtime, PTO, and payroll changes.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconcile records.
• Handle garnishments and payroll deductions with internal teams.
• Respond to payroll questions with timely, professional support.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Support system updates and process improvements.
• Maintain confidential payroll records.
