Qualifications

• Three to five years of comprehensive payroll experience.
• Multi-state payroll processing experience with knowledge of varying state regulations and wage laws.
• Proven data management experience and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle weekly payroll with accurate employee data, approved timecards, and leave.
• Oversee garnishment administration, ensuring court-ordered withholdings are correctly calculated and remitted.
• Audit and reconcile timesheets against schedules to verify hours and leave balances.
• Coordinate payroll adjustments and issue replacement checks for errors.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and collaborate with HR for timely resolutions.
• Record and remit payroll tax deposits per deadlines and regulations.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy, security, and access controls; suggest system improvements.
