The position is full-time and hybrid, based in our New York office three days a week. You will monitor laws, manage documentation, assist with policy updates, and coordinate with stakeholders while ensuring accuracy in regulatory reporting and vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–3 years of HR, Compliance, or related experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Compliance across a multi-state workforce and ensure adherence to laws and internal standards.
• Monitor and summarize changes in federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain compliance calendar, gather data for regulatory reports, and oversee poster processes.
• Coordinate I-9, E-Verify, and visa-related compliance with internal teams.
• Assist with background check compliance and vendor onboarding.
• Prepare memos on new state/local requirements and train internal stakeholders.
