BlueChip Pros is a leading commercial cleaning company hiring for a remote, high-volume recruiter role. You will own full-cycle recruiting for hourly, entry-level positions across multiple states and coordinate with site leaders to close roles quickly while maintaining quality hires.

The position offers a base salary with commission; base pay varies by market and experience, and you will be measured on placements and 30-day retention.

Formación

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume or hourly/entry-level hiring.
• Experience managing a large candidate pipeline across multiple states/time zones.
• Based in NV or OR, or willing to relocate; able to work remotely with reliable internet.
• Strong organizational skills; comfortable with a metrics-driven, commission-based role.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly, entry-level roles across multiple states.
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline to hit monthly placement targets.
• Partner with site and Operations leaders to prioritize requisitions.
• Keep ATS up to date to track status and payouts.
• Track start dates and 30-day retention; flag attrition patterns.
• Represent BlueChip Pros professionally in high-volume markets.
• Stay current on state hiring requirements across multi-state territory.
