Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners is expanding nationwide and is hiring a dedicated recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for base-plus-commission sales roles. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR and Sales Leadership to define hiring needs, build a strong talent pipeline, and identify and hire top performers across multiple states and time zones.

This remote role offers an opportunity to influence hiring strategy, manage multiple searches, and support growth in central and eastern time zones

Qualifications

• Four+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proven experience recruiting for sales roles, ideally field-based, multi-state or commission-based.
• Proven success managing multiple searches and high requisition loads while maintaining relationships with hiring managers.
• Knowledge of employment law, inclusive recruiting practices and effective interview techniques.
• Ability to create and execute sourcing strategies across geographies.
• Self-directed, proactive, and able to work remotely.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with an HRIS/ATS (Workday preferred).
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for base-plus-commission sales roles from intake to offer and acceptance.
• Partner with leaders to define role profiles, territory needs and hiring priorities and keep them updated on pipeline status.
• Write and advertise compelling job postings to attract high-performing, commission-driven sales talent.
• Build a proactive talent pipeline via outreach to active and passive candidates across multiple sources.
• Source, screen and assess candidates for sales competencies such as territory management and quota attainment.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews across multiple time zones and hiring teams.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while supporting hiring managers.
