Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Business development to identify opportunities and build client pipelines.
• Sourcing and presenting candidates using a range of tools.
• Interviewing candidates and evaluating fit with client culture.
• Coaching candidates with interview prep and insights for hiring managers.
• Onboarding candidates, negotiating compensation, and coordinating start dates.
