• Perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as directed.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as wall repair, cabinet replacement, door/lock fixes and tile work.
• Maintain work orders, ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness; identify issues for repair or replacement.
• Assist with emergencies (snow, fires, floods) and communicate with leadership.
