The position involves regular local travel (40–50 miles radius) and requires a personal vehicle, a valid license, and insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel between customer locations within a 40–50-mile radius.
• Shifts are 7am–7pm with possible overtime including weekends depending on location.
• Regular use of a personal vehicle with valid license and insurance.
• Data-driven and customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail, print, hospitality, reception, shipping and courier coordination.
• Manage printer fleet and local travel to client locations as needed.
• Collaborate with management to improve operational processes and drive data-driven improvements.
• Support new customer accounts and service expansions with Field Implementation Managers.
• Maintain energy and professionalism in all customer interactions and be adaptable to new challenges.
