Job summary

The role requires travel between client locations within a 40–50 mile radius, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work 7am–7pm with possible overtime. A monthly $260 stipend and mileage reimbursement help offset travel costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 12 months+ relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel 40–50 miles between client locations.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance meeting policy.
• Excellent communication with a customer-centric mindset.
• Data-driven and innovative approach to problem solving.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites with high-quality service delivery.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail, print, hospitality, and front desk coverage.
• Oversee shipping/receiving, courier coordination, and printer fleet management.
• Travel locally to support client operations and post offices as needed.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and drive data-driven improvements.
• Assist in onboarding new customer accounts and service expansions.
