Job summary

Ricoh Americas Corporation is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to support multi-site service delivery and daily operations. You will implement new services and maintain a strong customer-centric approach while traveling across a 40–50 mile radius to client locations.

The role includes a monthly $260 travel stipend and IRS mileage-based travel reimbursements, with shifts 7am–7pm and potential overtime based on location. Bring energy, reliability and a bias for improving processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel between customer locations within a 40–50 mile radius.
• Shifts are 7am–7pm with possible overtime including weekends depending on location.
• Regular use of a personal vehicle; valid driver’s license and insurance required.
• Data-driven and customer-centric mindset; strong communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple client sites with on-site support.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail/print, hospitality, reception, shipping, courier, and printer fleet management.
• Travel locally for client operations and post office/satellite office visits.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes using data-driven insights.
• Assist in implementing new customer accounts and service expansions.
