Job summary

Ricoh Americas Corporation is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to provide on-site support across multiple client locations within a defined geographic area. You will deliver mail/print, hospitality, reception, shipping, courier coordination, and printer fleet management, while traveling locally as needed to meet client needs.

The role requires a high school diploma with 12+ months of experience, the ability to travel 40–50 miles, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel between locations within a 40–50‑mile radius.
• Shifts are 7am–7pm with potential overtime including weekends.
• Regular use of a personal vehicle; valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Data-driven and customer-centric mindset with strong communication.
• Physical effort may involve standing, walking, bending, reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple client sites with high-quality service delivery.
• Perform on-site business services such as mail/print, hospitality, reception, shipping, courier coordination, and printer fleet management.
• Travel locally to post offices and satellite offices as needed to support client operations.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and drive data‑driven improvements.
• Assist in implementing new customer accounts and service expansions with Field Implementation Managers.
