Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant, customer-facing experience with P&L involvement.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Physically able to perform maintenance tasks and lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to multiple MA locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer interactions in person and by phone to tenants.
• Generate sales and maintain high occupancy through advertising and relations.
• Manage daily operations including collections, deposits, and calls.
• Show and rent units by understanding tenant needs and solutions.
• Sell merchandise, upsell insurance, schedule moving trucks, cross-sell.
• Assist with auction prep and tenancy communications.
• Maintain curb appeal and perform minor maintenance.
