Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations at our self-storage facilities. You will drive tenant interactions, rentals, and merchandise sales while ensuring security and maintenance across properties.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing role (P&L exposure preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer interactions in-person and by phone.
• Achieve high occupancy through effective advertising and relationships.
• Manage daily operations, including collections and deposits.
• Show units and upsell storage solutions and insurance.
• Coordinate moving trucks and cross-sell other facilities.
• Maintain curb appeal and safety; handle minor maintenance.
• Travel to multiple locations as needed.
