Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations of its self-storage facilities in Massachusetts. You will handle unit rentals, merchandise sales, and maintain property upkeep while building strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes sales-driven occupancy, excellent customer service, and multitasking across maintenance and operations to ensure secure, well-maintained sites.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of customer-facing work with profit-and-loss responsibilities.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technically savvy with POS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Physically able to perform routine maintenance and lift 50lbs.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to multiple MA locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer interactions in-person and by phone.
• Generate sales and maintain high occupancy through advertising and relations.
• Manage daily operations including collections, deposits, and calls.
• Show and rent units by understanding tenant needs.
• Sell merchandise, upsell insurance, schedule moving trucks, and cross-sell.
• Assist with auction preparations and tenant communications.
• Maintain facility curb appeal: clean, safe, and minor maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
