Job summary

MRO is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee the daily scheduling of ROI Specialists at multiple client sites across the United States. You will act as the liaison between MRO and Client Management to ensure ROI activities comply with client policies and laws, and are completed on time.

You will manage on-site workflows, adjust assignments for peak periods, and provide QA and performance feedback under the Area Manager’s direction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory/management experience in acute care setting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Demonstrates excellence in written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages workflow among on-site employees at multiple client sites to ensure productivity and quality.
• Adjusts work assignments to cover peak periods, leaves, and vacancies at hospital sites.
• Provides coverage during backlogs, illness, vacation, or leave of absence of ROI Specialists.
• Performs Quality Assurance monitoring of ROI Specialists.
• Conducts productivity and performance reviews per policies and law.
• Monitors performance and provides feedback to ROI Specialists.
