Job summary

MRO seeks a Site Supervisor to manage daily scheduling of ROI Specialists at a client site and liaise between MRO and Client Management to ensure ROI activities comply with client policies and regulations. The role supports on-site staff, reviews performance, and promotes excellent customer service at medical center facilities.

Qualifications

• Requires HIPAA privacy information standards knowledge.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience in acute care setting.
• Proficiency in written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Manages workflow among on-site employees to maximize productivity and meet quality standards.
• Adjusts work assignments to cover peak periods, leaves, and vacancies at hospital sites.
• Provides coverage for backlogs, illness, vacation, or staff leave.
• Performs Quality Assurance monitoring of ROI Specialists’ work performance.
