Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers on client-site posts.
• Ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching actions.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in submission of payroll and personnel information as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare, file, and submit various reports.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
• Conduct hiring, orientation, training, and performance appraisals as needed.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as required.
