Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites. You will ensure that post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and all required reports are filed, notifying authorities and clients in emergencies as needed.

You will coach and discipline staff, conduct trainings, review assignments, and work with management to ensure adequate coverage across posts. This role may include some on-site security duties aligned with post orders.

Qualifications

• Supervisory role overseeing Security Officers and Lead Officers.
• Strong coaching, disciplinary, and performance appraisal capabilities.
• Ability to train staff and review post orders with teams.

Responsibilities
