Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and staff at client sites; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and consult management as needed.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignments with team.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission to the company.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare, file, and submit reports; inspect posts and outline tasks.
• Interview, orient, and train employees; plan, assign, direct work; coach and appraise performance; hiring/termination recommendations.
