Thrive Communities Career Center in Kirkland, WA is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee budgets, ensure rent collection, and supervise on-site staff. The role emphasizes resident relations, safety, and compliance with MFTE/Section 8 programs, while partnering with corporate to deliver strong financial results.

Three-plus years in property management are required, plus six months of supervisory experience. A Notary License is required or obtainable within three months.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management.
• 6+ months supervisory experience.
• Notary License required or obtainable within 3 months.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in budgeting and stays within guidelines.
• Ensures rents are collected on time and posted.
• Hires, trains, and supervises on-site staff.
• Conducts performance reviews and approves timesheets.
• Maintains lease files and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees visitor safety, relations, and resident communications.
• Engages in marketing/leasing activities and market awareness.
• Performs duties under pressure and meets deadlines.
