Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a Property Manager for its Seattle properties, The Clarendon and Cora Queen Anne. Lead on-site teams, oversee budgets, rent collections, and lease compliance, while fostering resident satisfaction and safe, well-maintained communities.

You will manage hiring, training, reviews, and vendor relationships, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to MFTE and other programs. This is a full-time, in-person role with strong growth potential and a competitive salary."

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or equivalent experience to demonstrate proficiency.
• 1+ months supervisory experience, with demonstrated, strong leadership skills.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred; MFTE or other Affordable Program Experience important.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial oversight, including budgeting and ensuring rents are collected on time.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate on-site staff with HR support as needed.
• Conduct bi-annual performance reviews and approve timesheets for payroll accuracy.
• Ensure lease files are current and compliant with applicable programs and policies.
• Maintain resident relations, respond to service requests, and uphold community standards.
• Oversee maintenance coordination, vendor communications, and safety compliance.
