Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking an on‑site Property Manager to oversee financial operations, leasing, and resident relations at a premier Washington property. You will ensure rent collection, manage budgets, lead on-site staff, and liaise with HR to support a high‑performing team.

The role requires 3+ years in property management, strong leadership, and proficiency in budgeting and reporting. A CAM certification is preferred, with a focus on resident retention and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or equivalent.
• Notary license required or obtainable within 3 months.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On‑Site systems preferred.
• Notable budgeting, reporting, and vendor management experience.
• Notable leadership and team supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting and stay within guidelines.
• Ensure rents are collected on time and posted.
• Process evictions, utility cut-offs, and landlord liens.
• Submit and approve invoices in the system.
• Perform month‑end procedures and reports.
• Safeguard and reconcile property credit card activity.
