Thrive Communities is seeking a Regional Manager in Portland, OR to lead multi-site property teams, deliver client-aligned results, and manage budgets and performance metrics. The role emphasizes resident services, stakeholder communication, and strategic execution.

The position requires 5+ years in leadership within property management, proficiency in Yardi/On-site/Microsoft Office, and a track record of managing 500+ units across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Regional Manager role in multi-family property management.
• 5+ years in a leadership role in property management.
• Multi-site experience overseeing 500+ units; Affordable Housing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Yardi, On-site and Microsoft Office.
• Strong budgeting and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers operational results aligned with client goals (NOI, revenue strategies, expense management, KPIs).
• Develops high-performing site teams with increasing autonomy.
• Translates client strategies into consistent execution and adapts to client styles.
• Maintains highly responsive client communication and proactive recommendations.
• Owns Thrive’s enterprise customer service representation and team relationships.
