Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous property management experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work well with others, good communication skills, good computer skills, and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, lead and maintain on-site teams for each Community in accordance with Home Leasing’s best practices.
• Inform supervisor of deferred maintenance, property deficiencies and resident concerns in writing with locations and recommendations.
• Review and approve invoices, monitor accounts receivable and take action.
• Assist in budgeting and audits; ensure move-ins, transfers and recertifications comply with regulations.
• Monitor regulatory compliance, accommodations, and fair housing issues; handle evictions and lease violations as needed.
• Assist in hiring, assigning tasks, and communicating policies to staff.
• Minimize vacancies and promote resident relations and retention.
• Perform needed clerical duties.
