Job summary

Home-Leasing, LLC is seeking a Multi-Site Community Leader to supervise on-site teams across properties and ensure prompt, courteous service. You will supervise administration, ensure proper maintenance, and manage resident relations while aligning with company best practices.

The role requires prior property management and supervisory experience, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum property management experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills needed.
• Ability to multi-task and work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead on-site teams at multiple communities following best practices.
• Notify supervisor in writing of deferred maintenance and resident concerns with details and recommendations.
• Review and approve invoices, monitor accounts receivable, take action as needed.
• Help manage and inform budgets and maintain financial controls.
• Review and approve move-ins, transfers, and recertifications per regulatory rules.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accommodations, and fair housing standards.
• Handle evictions, collections, lease violations and special arrangements.
• Assist with hiring, assignments, evaluations, and policy communication as directed.
• Work to minimize vacancies and promote resident relations and retention.
• Perform clerical duties to support operations.
