Bryten is seeking a motivated Community Manager RD II to oversee two properties, Circle Drive I & II in Sidney, NY. You’ll lead onsite teams, drive occupancy, manage budgets, rent collections, and resident relations to deliver exceptional living experiences.

You’ll collaborate with maintenance, vendors, and leadership, ensuring compliance, safety, and curb appeal across both communities while coaching staff for growth and high performance.

Competenze

• Two+ years of multifamily property management experience
• Experience overseeing multiple properties or teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Budgeting, rent collections, and AR management
• Proficiency with MS Office; property software preferred

• Lead daily operations for two communities
