Job summary

Independent Management Services, a full-service property management and marketing firm based in Cleveland, OH, seeks an experienced property manager to supervise multiple communities and lead site staff. The role emphasizes leasing, budget control, marketing, and resident relations.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, leasing and customer service experience, and knowledge of Tax Credit Compliance, REAC, MOR, and HUD programs. Benefits include health/dental, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Leasing, sales, and customer service experience desired.
• Experience with Tax Credit Compliance, EIV, and HUD Section 8 subsidy programs.
• Must adhere to Federal Fair Housing Laws.
• Experience with REAC and MOR compliance.
• Proficiency with Paycom software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with RealPage OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Property management operations, budget management, marketing, leasing, and landlord/tenant relations.
• Direct operations and performance of multiple communities.
• Motivate and lead a multiple member team of Site Managers, office, and maintenance personnel.
• Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
• Foster working relationships with residents, site management, vendors/contractors, and property ownership.
• Reports directly to the Senior Property Manager.
