Job summary

Ad-West Realty Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Property Maintenance Repair Technician to maintain four apartment complexes.

This on-site role involves inspections, repairs, and responding to emergencies to support tenant satisfaction and high property standards. Responsibilities include completing work orders with detailed updates, assisting with pool maintenance where applicable, and maintaining safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant experience in maintenance or a similar role preferred.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining records and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and major repairs on buildings, doors, gates, plumbing, and fixtures.
• Inspect vacated and occupied apartments to identify maintenance needs.
• Replace light switches, thermostats, and appliance parts.
• Maintain outdoor lighting and ensure pool safety where applicable.
• Complete work orders with updates on actions, parts used, and time spent.
• Be on-call for emergencies and communicate with the team.
