Job summary

Ad-West Realty Services, Inc. is seeking a Property Maintenance Repair Technician to uphold the safety, functionality, and appearance of two apartment communities. You will perform inspections, complete repairs, and manage work orders with accurate documentation.

This on-site role requires hands-on maintenance, emergency responsiveness, and collaboration with the property management team. You will also assist with pool maintenance where applicable and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills for records and work orders.
• Strong verbal and written communication with tenants and team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily property maintenance duties and keep areas clean.
• Paint units and perform minor/major repairs.
• Inspect vacated and occupied apartments; address needs.
• Replace electrical switches, thermostats, and appliance parts.
• Maintain outdoor lighting and pool equipment where applicable.
• Complete work orders with detailed updates and time spent.
• Be on-call for emergency repairs when needed.
