Job summary

Ad-West Realty Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician for one apartment community in Twisp, WA. You will perform repairs, conduct inspections, and manage work orders to uphold safety and quality standards.

You will also assist with pool maintenance where applicable, maintain grounds, and communicate with the property management team to ensure timely updates and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills for records and work orders.
• Excellent communication with tenants and team.
• Dependability and adaptability for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on buildings, locks, plumbing, and electrical components.
• Inspect vacated and occupied units to identify needs.
• Replace switches, thermostats, and appliance parts.
• Maintain outdoor lighting and pool equipment where applicable.
• Complete detailed work orders with updates and time spent.
• Be on-call for emergency repairs and safety issues.
• Maintain positive relations with the community and tenants.
