Job summary

Ad-West Realty Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Property Maintenance Repair Technician to maintain a single apartment community on-site.

You will perform repairs, inspections, respond to emergencies, and manage work orders to keep units safe and inviting. Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, lighting, HVAC checks, pool maintenance where applicable, and coordinating with the property management team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills for records and work orders.
• Strong verbal and written communication with tenants and team.
• Prior experience in property maintenance preferred.
• Dependability and adaptability for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on buildings, locks, gates, plumbing, and fixtures.
• Inspect vacated and occupied apartments for maintenance needs.
• Replace light switches, thermostats, and appliance parts.
• Maintain outdoor lighting and swimming pool equipment where applicable.
• Complete work orders with updates, parts used, and time spent.
• Submit maintenance paperwork accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with management on work order status.
• Be on-call for emergency repairs.
• Maintain positive public relations with the community.
• Other duties as assigned.
