Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for maintaining records and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and major repairs on buildings, locks, gates, plumbing, caulking, and pipes.
• Inspect vacated and occupied apartments to identify needs and address maintenance.
• Replace light switches, thermostats, and appliance parts.
• Maintain outdoor lighting and water heater components.
• Oversee pool maintenance where applicable and manage safety.
