Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 18 months of maintenance training or related area.
• Experience in general maintenance and repair preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret written instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of property maintenance across multiple sites.
• Supervises and assigns maintenance staff and inspects work quality.
• Inspects completed work to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinates make-ready of vacant homes and ensures move-in ready condition.
• Determines materials and orders supplies while tracking budgets.
• Maintains inventories, codes purchases, and tracks time records.
• Coordinates and inspects electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems and HVAC.
• Supervises special projects including renovations and snow removal.
