Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multi-site properties and to supervise staff and vendors, ensuring timely, high-quality repairs. The role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, and EPA/OSHA compliance while delivering customer service.

On-call duties and budget-conscious procurement are included. This position requires a High School Diploma, EPA/CPO certification, HVAC knowledge, and basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desirable.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to service requests and work orders.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program and ensure safety compliance (OSHA).
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors; manage inventory and supplies.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and budget guidance for repairs.
