Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Residential Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance across FREE residential properties.

The role requires supervising maintenance techs, coordinating with the Sr Property Director, and ensuring safety, quality, and timely repairs across multiple sites. You will manage contractors, track budgets, schedules, and compliance, and lead teams with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in janitorial/custodial or facilities maintenance.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision and management of day-to-day activities of a team of direct reports.
• Leads in identifying and repairing potential equipment and safety issues at sites.
• Manages repairs and maintenance of residential equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Reviews work orders and assigns maintenance personnel to complete orders.
• Oversees contractors on daily and capital projects to ensure scope and budget objectives.
