Indigo Real Estate is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance for Senior Residence at Iwilei and Queen Emma Apartments in Honolulu. The role is full-time, with responsibilities including coordinating work requests, inspecting units, managing contracts and vendors, and providing on-call emergency response.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in property maintenance, a high school diploma (BA preferred), and strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; BA preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise quick and accurate judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests with urgency.

Mansioni

• Supervise maintenance of the property's physical condition and appearance.
• Coordinate and manage maintenance operations including curb appeal and turnover schedules.
• Ensure service requests are completed daily.
• Generate and manage on-call emergency maintenance schedules.
• Lead Punch List for vacated units and ensure move-in readiness.
• Obtain bids and negotiate with vendors and contractors.
• Manage contracts and warranties; perform timely repairs.
• Provide ongoing training and leadership to maintenance staff.
• Experience in high-rise or mid-rise apartments preferred.
