Job summary

EAH Housing in Hawaii seeks a Property Supervisor to oversee the fiscal, physical, and operational aspects of a property portfolio and supervise site staff. You will review financial reports with the supervisor and partners, ensuring compliance and efficiency across sites.

You will coordinate with central office, manage site visits, and support acquisitions while upholding budgets and benchmarks. A strong supervisory background and knowledge of HUD/TCAC/ADA are required.

Qualifications

• One year of multi-site property supervision.
• Experience with HUD, TCAC, RHCP, and ADA guidelines.
• Experience reporting to regulatory agencies (HUD, TCAC, RHCP) and boards.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between site and central office; conducts monthly meetings.
• Responsible for file compliance at each property in portfolio.
• Works with Development on new acquisitions and developments.
• Maintains financial benchmarks; analyzes monthly financials for each property.
• Conducts site visits 2x monthly to each site; manages physical assets.
• Supervises Assistants, Property Managers, Floating Managers and site staff.
