Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a skilled Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to ensure smooth operation of apartment community systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety. Lead a maintenance team, drive process improvements, and manage costs with a focus on safety and service.

The role requires extensive trade experience, EPA/CPO certifications, and the ability to guide two or more properties, with on-call duties and a Monday–Friday schedule. Bilingual is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years maintenance experience in Multifamily or Hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.
• Working knowledge of appliances required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance for two or more apartment communities.
• Set scope, specs, budget tracking, schedules, and bid management for maintenance projects.
• Pre-diagnose and troubleshoot building systems to plan repairs.
