Job summary

Harbor Group seeks an experienced Multi-site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance at two or more properties. You will lead the team, handle service requests, perform preventative maintenance, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

You will supervise the make-ready process, schedule work, and verify quality while maintaining strong resident service.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in multifamily property maintenance with turnover/make-ready experience.
• At least one year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Expertise in general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliances).
• EPA Universal or HVAC certification based on property requirements.
• Proficient in diagnosing maintenance issues and solving them efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and guide the maintenance team to complete tasks on time.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliances and general maintenance issues.
• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders per standards and timelines.
• Oversee make-ready processes, pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, scheduling, and quality checks.
• Ensure common areas and exteriors are clean, safe, and visually appealing.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and contractor work; manage inventories and parts.
