Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for two or more properties, ensuring safety, cleanliness, functionality, and appearance. You will lead the team, handle service requests, and manage inventory while coordinating with vendors and contractors.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical skills, customer service focus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property maintenance experience, including turnover/make-ready processes
• 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience
• Expertise in general maintenance incl. plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair
• EPA Universal or HVAC certification as required by property

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and appliance issues
• Respond to resident service requests and close work orders per standards
• Oversee make-ready process, including inspections, punch lists, and vendor scheduling
• Ensure common areas, exteriors, and grounds meet safety and appearance standards
• Schedule and supervise in-house and third-party work
• Perform and document monthly preventive maintenance
• Maintain organized inventory and budget adherence
• Lead safety meetings, maintain MSDS sheets, and ensure OSHA compliance
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve resident concerns
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and avoid unnecessary replacements
