Job summary

Freeman Webb Company, Realtors is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across communities. You will lead teams, manage budgets, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and legal requirements.

The role includes coordinating with the Regional Property Manager, supervising staff, and directing maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations to maximize asset performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• IREM certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings weekly, keep records, and oversee corrective actions.
• Maintain safety practices; conduct monthly safety meetings with staff.
• Coordinate with Regional Property Manager on housing violations and resident arrangements.
• Ensure Fair Housing notices are posted as required by regulations.
• Follow emergency procedures and report emergencies to management.
• Inspect vacated and ready-to-move-in apartments; authorize turnover repairs.
• Monitor supply levels and coordinate maintenance with the superintendent.
• Supervise contractors and ensure lease renewals are completed.
• Maintain clean offices and proper equipment operation as directed.
• Communicate policy changes to staff and report insurance claims.
• Assist with evictions in accordance with court orders.
