Job summary

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting the public and answering the telephone.
• Demonstrating the model/community and presenting rental options.
• Verifying residency applications and preparing leases for signatures.
• Handling marketing forms, call-backs, and promotional items.
• Preparing weekly overviews and supervising staff in leasing tasks.
• Walking grounds to ensure curb appeal and training new hires.
• Posting rent, preparing deposits, and writing work orders.
• Inspecting vacated apartments and distributing security deposits.
• Assisting with managerial reports and special marketing projects.
• Occasionally performing off-site marketing calls and market studies.
