Job summary

OneWall Communities LLC is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee operations, performance, and team development across Arkansas and Tennessee. This role will drive occupancy, financial results, and resident satisfaction while ensuring alignment with OneWall’s standards.

The ideal candidate will manage Community Managers and Service teams, analyze financials, and oversee budgets and maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive property management experience.
• 3+ years in regional or multi-site leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage or similar).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple properties in the region.
• Drive occupancy, collections, NOI growth and capital project execution.
• Review financial statements, budgets and variance reports; implement corrective actions.
• Lead Community Managers, Leasing and Service teams; develop staff and succession plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and internal policies.
• Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies to stay competitive.
