Job summary

Freeman Webb Company, Realtors in Bowling Green, KY, seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee operations of multiple communities. You will lead a team, manage budgets, safety, marketing, HR, and resident relations to maximize asset performance.

Responsibilities include inspecting properties, coordinating with maintenance, ensuring Fair Housing compliance, handling vacancies, and reporting to the Regional Property Manager. Strong leadership and IREM certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiar with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing, Fair Housing, and employee safety.
• IREM certification is highly desirable for the role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of communities within the region.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site personnel and provide leadership.
• Ensure budgets, safety, and financial reporting are maintained.
• Manage resident relations, marketing efforts, and occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with policy, procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Coordinate with Regional Property Manager on housing violations and contractor work.
