Job summary

Heritage Medical Associates is seeking an experienced Director of Clinic Operations to provide operational oversight and leadership to clinic managers across physician/provider clinics. Reporting to the Chief Integration Officer, you will drive performance, develop policies, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• 3+ years healthcare management at director level, multi-site.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency with EPIC and MS Office.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop Clinic Managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Clinic Managers to ensure operations align with policies and standards.
• Fosters open communication to boost morale among physicians, providers, and staff.
• Collaborates with leaders to monitor programs and facilities for accreditation.
• Leads onboarding, training, and performance management of clinic staff.
• Supports recruitment and staffing in partnership with HR and leadership.
• Conducts regular meetings to share updates and provide training.
• Ensures OSHA, safety drills, and related documentation are completed.
