Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressive healthcare management experience.
• Experience working in a multispecialty clinic environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge and application of systems framework, strategic thinking, resource stewardship and total quality management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead change through relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct resources across multiple clinic sites.
• Serve as administrative leader and patient advocate with a focus on ethical management and operational excellence.
• Build collaborative relationships with physicians, leaders, and external partners to achieve group goals and patient satisfaction.
• Provide on-site coverage and supervise day-to-day clinic operations at major locations.
