Job summary

HealthLinc seeks a Site Operations Director to oversee clinic staff, ensure efficient daily operations, and uphold policies. You will partner with the COO, Site Medical Director and Facilities to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and staff development capabilities, with a focus on compliance and quality improvement in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or related field.
• Master’s degree in Health Care (not required but highly preferred).
• 5–10 years of progressive supervisory experience in an outpatient setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including outside of regular hours.
• Transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and serve as a resource for support staff, ensuring efficient clinic operations and assisting with staff recruitment.
• Oversee all clinic personnel; collaborate with Assistant Site Operations Director and Site Medical Director; report to the COO.
• Supervise and coordinate personnel actions: recruiting, directing, training, performance appraisals, promotions, attendance, and vacations.
• Ensure compliance with HealthLinc policies, OSHA, HIPAA, and code-of-conduct; address concerns with timely follow-up to the COO.
• Coordinate with Finance on billing issues and maintaining budget processes; ensure timely closure of encounters.
• Plan and oversee staff meetings, onboarding, training, and mentoring; monitor quality of patient-centered care and safety.
• Participate in emergency drills, safety procedures, and facility maintenance in collaboration with Facilities Manager.
